Low employee discount (5%) Bad managing, only the highest performers or better workers get yelled at/payed attention to when they need to use the restroom/take breaks while underperformers that are gone most of the "shop"(period when shoppers get to pack orders) get ignored and get to take constant breaks bad hierarchy, whoever the new manager is (be it from another store closing or transfering) gets to makes schedules, make new rules, or make calls about who is working or how many people are working without any good reason 100+ orders per shop but only around 9 people some who barely do a few orders per shop no drug testing and knowledge that some people hired use the substance while on the job
