*Bare in mind, this is from my time before I left in 2021* -Vision Insurance (Davis Vision) -Paid Vacation -Paid Sick days -Employee Discount (and an extra 10% (if I remember correctly) during Thanksgiving)
Cons
*Bare in mind, this is from my time before I left in 2021* -Incompetent/Rude Store Managers -Toxic work environment -very highschool like (cliques,etc] -no room to grow despite them claiming it. -management only cares for those who kiss up to them, not for the actual hard workers.
