Company on a decline, All boys club. Its who you know no promotion is on merit. They purposefully underpay their staff but want them to work like slaves. The store managers don't care about their assistants because they don't have to work nights. If you don't get along with the DM or Store Manager for some reason and you are in fact performing your job you will get the pleasure of working nothing but the night shift and HR does nothing. If you dare to go to upper management you are penalized, singled out and sometimes forced to quit. even though you are performing your job they will make sure that you would be pigeon held and all other brown nosers will move up leaving you with the lowest pay and lowest quality of life.
