Pros

1. Challenging work with exposure to the latest technologies, along with a good work-life balance. 2. Senior management is focused on growing the India team. 3. Management values employee work-life balance alongside productivity improvements. 4. Competitive pay (though not at FANG levels). 5. Company is steadily growing and making profits. 6. Talented teams across the company (though office politics are on the rise). 7. Flexible working hours. 8. More than 100% bonuses giving (last few years)

Cons

1. No international travel opportunities for India-based employees (only VPs travel abroad). 2. Excessive date-based tracking has led to spending too much time on planning rather than focusing on building great products (Reverting to outdated standards). 3. Senior management tends to have a traditional approach, often recognising those who are vocal over technically skilled talent. 4. Required to work 4 days in the office, with an extra office day expected if senior leaders from the USA visit. 5. No ESOPs offered.

Pros

-There are talented and dedicated employees throughout the organization who genuinely want the company to succeed. -The company has the potential to build a strong product and business if it invests in its people and establishes a clear, consistent strategy. -Employees have opportunities to take on meaningful responsibilities due to the pace of organizational change.

Cons

-Compensation is below market for many positions, making it difficult to attract and retain experienced talent. -The company appears to prioritize ambitious initiatives, including AI, over addressing core organizational and leadership challenges. -Significant executive and management turnover has created instability, including the departure of the CTO, multiple Vice Presidents, Directors, and many individual contributors within a relatively short period. -There is a disconnect between the level of talent the company expects to hire and the compensation it is willing to offer. -Frequent leadership changes and uncertainty around long-term strategy have negatively affected morale and confidence in the company's direction. -Private equity ownership appears to emphasize short-term financial objectives, which can come at the expense of long-term investment in employees and the product.
