Pros
The last year of working for Suburban Accessories as an Executive Assistant has been a very rewarding experience, making my workdays productive and enjoyable. My leader is not only a supportive one, but a personal, caring and a family-oriented individual, which all greatly contribute to a positive work environment. He is a supportive leader, who cascades his values down through all the Directors, helping to providing clear guidance and appreciation for teamwork.
Cons
While I do not encounter many cons at Suburban Accessories, I would say the limited space in both the office and parking lot can sometimes be challenging. The office layout does not always accommodate the needs of the team members and finding parking during peak hours can be difficult. Also, as with any company I’ve worked for, communication across departments and business units could be improved to ensure smoother workflow and efficiency.
