Pros

Other CSRs, warehouse/inventory team, TSMs/RSMs, and some customers made the job tolerable. Weekly pay.

Cons

Favoritism was played by executives, Executives and directors were all married to or best friends with each other so any complaints about treatment were disregarded. Pay does not match that for the responsibilities that were assigned and asks for compensation for extra tasks was laughed off by anyone above supervisor. Employer also states that it is against policy to discuss earnings, which is against the National Labor Relations Act. Company openly favorited CSRs over others and offered extra pay and benefits to someone trying to leave but would not offer anything for the employees that were dedicated to the company and were held in higher regards by other leaders and more importantly, the customers. No work-life balance. The ability to replace you at a moments notice is often spoken about. A lot of talk behind your back from senior leadership.

Toxic Work Environment

Pros

Get paid every week on Friday.

Cons

One leader's mood always changes. One second he is nice to you and then he flips like a switch to being rude. Very unstable personality. People get yelled at and screamed at by leadership. It is a very unprofessional and inappropriate workplace. I heard racist and sexist comments when working there. HR does not support employees but they will always defend leaders, even when they are in the wrong. Employees are gaslighted by HR and employees can never speak up about their issues or concerns. When you try to speak up, you are cut off. Driven values was only designed for employees, not leadership to follow. I never seen one leader take accountability for their wrong doing. They blame employees always. Benefits are bad and 401k matching is very low. HR members speak inappropriately about employees in the hallways and to other employees. It is things they should not be sharing. It is so bad here that six workers walking out in one day and quit on the spot. Turnover rate is extremely high at the company.

Pros

Has provided good benefits (Work from home office, gas card, vehicle allowance, phone allowance)

Cons

401k match is extremely low. Vacation/sick leave earned is low compared to the industry. Management has become increasingly toxic and unprofessional over the past few years. They routinely disparage past/current employees to other members of the company. Nepotism is rampant. It’s impossible to consider a future here when management positions are filled with friends and family members. A new culture catch phrase is used often. But rarely, if ever, actually put into practice. There is no accountability.

Thank you for your feedback. As we continue to grow and evolve into a new organization, living our DRIVEN values is not just a catch phase but key to our future success. In 2022 we decreased the amount of wait time to enroll in 401k and significantly increased both vacation and sick time. These changes were driven by team member feedback and very well received but we will continue to look for ways we can improve. As a family-owned business, we pride ourselves on creating a culture that encourages promoting from within and when we do hire from outside the company, referrals from existing team members are encouraged. Our goal is to always select and promote the most qualified team member for openings. We would like to discuss this more with you. Please reach out to your Human Resources leader so that we can follow up on your concerns. We take your feedback seriously and genuinely appreciate your input and desire to help us improve.
