Pros

Having a company that cares about you and your goals is a great thing! While working for this company I have been able to maintain a great work/life balance. I truly believe this is the right company for all. The atmosphere here has been unbelievably great to work in! I truly feel that everyone deserves to have a company that cares about them as much as GLS does! The leadership team truly cares and wants the best for all of their employees!

Cons

If you are not up for a fast pace environment, this may not be the best fit for you. The company is growing and changing (which is amazing!) but for some people change is hard.
