Pleasant atmosphere with co workers, direct supervisors are very helpful with an open door policy

Limited upward movement, appears that you need to "no somebody" to move up in the company

Req 35 on schedule to be considered "fully scheduled" which can suck if they ALL show up.

Pros

Affordable Insurance, generous PTO, opportunity to move around in the company after a period of time

Cons

Horrible workplace culture where good employees are run out and toxic employees thrive. Workplace does not seem to value or reward high-performers. No senior-level support. Very punative and micromanaging. No clarity of vision, or goals but "punishment" if not what they think it should be.
