Affordable Insurance, generous PTO, opportunity to move around in the company after a period of time

Horrible workplace culture where good employees are run out and toxic employees thrive. Workplace does not seem to value or reward high-performers. No senior-level support. Very punative and micromanaging. No clarity of vision, or goals but "punishment" if not what they think it should be.
