Pros

Major changes in leadership so changes were being made. Provided a valuable service to the community Decent pay and benefits package.

Cons

Was quite unprofessional. Many were with the organization for a long time and didn't grow with it. Frustrating place to work. There was some really poor work ethic among various levels of the organization, but again that was being addressed. There was a lot of shift in leadership. Small organization so depending on the area, there wasn't much opportunity for promotion.

Req 35 on schedule to be considered "fully scheduled" which can suck if they ALL show up.

Pros

Affordable Insurance, generous PTO, opportunity to move around in the company after a period of time

Cons

Horrible workplace culture where good employees are run out and toxic employees thrive. Workplace does not seem to value or reward high-performers. No senior-level support. Very punative and micromanaging. No clarity of vision, or goals but "punishment" if not what they think it should be.
