Our current policy allows employees to use PTO for holidays, this approach is consistent with industry standards for our type of positions and helps us maintain flexibility for both employees and client needs.
Our PTO policy is all-inclusive to allow greater flexibility for employees who may not need or want all holidays off, giving team members the ability to use their time off in a way that best fits their personal needs. We also reevaluate our holiday policy every year and make adjustments based on employee feedback, while ensuring that excellent patient care remains our top priority.
