Pros

-Paid on time -(Mostly) scheduled with little “on call” time (SNF’s don’t have emergencies) -Paid better than retail

Cons

-ZERO holiday time off - CEO would end careers over it -Management was like the Gestapo in bad WWII movies -Absolutely no room for advancement for men - full misandry was real -Pathetic raises and performance recognition - “1% raise: CELEBRATE!?”

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. We’re glad to hear you appreciated aspects such as timely pay and predictable scheduling. We understand that other parts of your experience did not meet your expectations, and we take feedback like this seriously. Our goal is to provide a fair and supportive work environment for all employees, and we recognize that there is always room for improvement. While some policies—such as holiday scheduling—are in place to meet business and client needs, we continually review them to ensure they are as fair and transparent as possible. We also strive to provide opportunities for growth and competitive compensation, and we regret if that wasn’t your experience. Your comments will be shared with our leadership team as part of our ongoing efforts to improve communication, recognition, and career development. If you’d like to discuss your concerns further, please reach out to us directly at askhr@symbria.com. Thank you again for your feedback.

Pros

Pros? You get a paycheck.

Cons

Micromanaging from higher ups. Unrealistic expectations for productivity given the staffing, support, and patient skill level. Significant pressure on staff to clock out while working to save productivity. Treatment time to the bare minimum so patients who need more therapy don’t get more. Spreads staff as thin as possible then complains when they can’t meet expectations. And somehow convinced employees to lie on Glassdoor to write 5 star reviews to get their ratings up because I’ve never met a single employee for this company who even thinks this company is mildly good let alone worthy of five stars. Every five star review since January is suspicious to me.
