Pros
Compensation is fair for the work we do. 4 day work week. Most stress free job I have ever had in my career. No one constantly looking over your shoulder/micro-managing. Opportunities to increase earnings through quarterly incentives and sales contests.
Cons
Long hours, expect to work 14 hours/day. Work/life balance can be a challenge. My wife works as many crazy hours as I do, so it's not really an issue for us. If you have children, this could be a big issue. Very fast paced work environment. Many of us drive 2+ hours back and forth from the warehouse, which doesn't leave a lot of time for anything to go wrong during the day.
