9yThanks for your candor and feedback, we take this comment seriously and recognize that our managers’ job, at its core, is to inspire and support their team to create clarity in their expectations and help employees learn and grow. Communication skills can be improved through practice and can be overlooked unintentionally. At TBHC we are continually working to help managers and employees hone their communication skills and hope that by encouraging open feedback we can continue to develop. We do have an exit interview process for anyone leaving voluntarily to help us obtain feedback on their experience and the reasons they are leaving. We extend an invitation to you to contact anyone in our Human Resources team so that we can understand your concerns and address any issues.
