Pros

The title says it, “the best job I’ve ever had.” I’ve had good jobs before. Jobs that paid well, jobs where I enjoyed what I did. But I’ve always wondered “what else is out there?” I can truthfully say, I never want to work anywhere else. At TBHC, I feel like who I am and what I contribute to the team matters. People genuinely care about each other here and it shows. My contribution has been recognized publicly AND financially (the latter is great, the former is good, but combined it makes you feel special.) What we do matters to our customers. It also helps to have a product and brand that is loved by consumers across 28+ states. Many companies claim to be a family. We are truly family here. There are numerous examples amongst our team of family members and/or friends. I would recommended the company to anyone I care about. A significant portion of our new hires come from referrals. If you are looking for a company where you will feel valued, cared about, and find somewhere to make a career, we might be the place for you.

Cons

If you read the “Pros” section above, I realize I may sound like a commercial for our company. What you need to know is, the job can be difficult. The Account Manager role is typically 50+ hours per week in 4 days. There is a high standard of excellence in our company. We dress for success in pressed slacks, polished shoes, and creased shirts. We clean our vehicles weekly. We are a team here. We load our trucks together every morning. Every team member helps load until everyone is ready to go. The expectation is for every member of the team to pull their weight and make a difference. If you can’t work hard, get along with others, and be part of that team, don’t apply.

Most managers want to see you succeed. Team based culture. The company lives its values.

Labor intensive - long days and moving a ton of 30# cases of pizza daily.
