As an agent it is a good company if you can stand the same small cubicle and repetitive phone calls. As long as you do your job there is potential for bonus.
Cons
As a supervisor, too much work for no pay. No communication from upper management, no support system, too much "just do it" w/out proper training for agents and supervisors.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We’ll be happy to look into this. Agents and supervisors must have the proper training to provide excellent service to our customers. If there are any other issues that need to be addressed, please do let us know by giving us feedback on http://goo.gl/QXXOAh. Thank you.
For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.
Cons
Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
