Pros

There are (awful) vending machines. Free parking (if you get there early enough) Every now and then (usually once a year when they have an employee satisfaction survey coming out) they provide free hot food.

Cons

They will freeze salaries without any communication, pertinent information such as this has to be discovered through the grape vine. If you work hard, don't go sick and reach your targets you might avoid a coaching plan. You might even become on of the 'chosen ones' but don't get too excited. You can land an offline role with ten times the workload for none of the benefits; no salary increase, no paid overtime and you can enjoy being micro-managed so you don't every really have any of the responsibilities you were promised when you became their favourite. They'll bring in people from the outside to 'fix' the problems that have been swept under the rug for the last 3 or 4 years but really nothing will get done. A few 'motivational' emails will go out but honestly, all that has done is anger people even further. If you don't hit your targets, even in a short space of time, you will be performance managed and they will work harder to fire you than to support you. I have seen people in the business as little as 2 months on coaching plans. It is frankly, disgusting! Morale is the worst I have ever witnessed and it is not looking like it will get better.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
