Pros

You have money in your pocket No brains need be applied Again, if you are really in need of a job and can't find one as per your talents, Tp will swallow you and it may kill your happiness, but will help you eat every once in a while

Cons

Other than one or two, the worst managers I have ever dealt with, this one manager literally knows nothing about the process Horrible work culture Dictatorial policies like even if you leave a minute early, hard days salary is cut EC department is worthless, have not helped me resolve a single things Will kind of make you want to kill yourself The cab facility is basically Tata magics with drivers who couldn't care less

We have a fantastic team of supervisors that have our back when needed. We have a great team of agents.

Cons

Some days calls can be back to back with no time to breathe

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
