Pros

It is a job and it is a decent entry level position just don't stay too long and lose yourself. - Attractive starting pay for entry level - Semi-relaxed work environment - Paid training - Helps you develop a tough shell - Almost impossible to get fired, though they will threaten you a lot after you're there for awhile - You can make friends and there's just about every type of person there

Cons

The workplace is a dusty fluorescent light lit work area. The computers are pretty bare bones and have the tendency to lag and crash and cause your tools to cease functionality, which will just exacerbate the frustration of customers on your line. This isn't the job for someone who cannot take criticism and stress it will break you either the people you talk to will or the management will crush your will to care …

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
