Pros

>They take the law seriously and follow all required work rules >The company gives a lot of promotions inside, for their own. >Programs designed to discover their best employees and give them promotions >Great for young workers wanting to start their career anywhere. They also have a lot of outgoing events and coursers you can take. It's a great place to make friends. >Some of the projects you can work for are quite unique and interesting to participate in, like some gaming projects or similar.

Cons

>Your happiness and work satisfaction will be entirely connected to the project you are in. If you end up in a bad project, you'll have a terrible experience. >Due to the fact that they hire and raise within the company, sometimes you'll be lead and supervised by people who aren't talented at it. >The bureaucracy to deal with sometimes simple things can be quite annoying >A lot of projects have so many people that they don't notice or reward their best workers. In fact, you have to be a bit social and charismatic to rise in the company, hard-work alone won't do it. >Standard corporate buzzwords and propaganda ("We're awesome, we care! These are our values!") are everywhere and it can be quite annoying.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
