Abusive trainers and “management”, the way your calls are judged makes customers hate you and dislike Apple, high stress job where everyone above you lies and lies and avoids questions or problems, constant technology issues (on their end), logging system is ridiculous to use (not what you think of when you think of working for Apple, training is just an overwhelming amount of often useless information and the trainers will waste your time talking about themselves and promoting Teleperformance, everyone is stressed and competitive and there is very little help in the chats, you get points knocked for escalating to Tier 2 (you get points knocked for everything, so the outcome of the call or whether the customer was happy is NOT what you’re actually judged on no matter how many times they say it is)... don’t work here if you have other options. Find ANY other options if you can. I don’t know if working for another company on an Apple account is as bad, but my experience was that this is not a place where anyone who wants actual training to do a good job for the customers and Apple would stay.
