Pros
- Currently offers Work from Home, which is wonderful for an introvert like myself - Team and management that has your back and helps each other get through the day - Thorough, and easy to understand methods of teaching your how to do your work successfully and efficiently. - While taking front line calls was stressful for my first few years, I stuck with it and eventually you reach other positions such as offline, or very small call volume. Which I personally feel is a very rewarding position and more suited for me.
Cons
My only real con is there's still talk of sending people back to their worksite in 2022. I personally hope this doesn't end up happening. I feel working from home has been a blessing and I can do my work more efficiently in the comfort of my home. I hope at the very least it's something they consider keeping and perhaps let agents who want to do it keep doing it.
