Pros

Had great pay and autonomy. Interview process was easy and quick. Good benefits or just as good as any other corporation.

Cons

I joined them initially after being laid off from my previous job because they swore up and down "We would not lay us off, we will always find you a place to among the MANY clients we have especially if you perform well!" Well 6 months later the Philippines Branch of Teleperformance bought out the contract for the client I was working for under Teleperformance USA and as a result they laid myself and all my coworkers off. I was one of the top performers on our team which was one of if not the best team. Did not pay severance, refused to pay vacation time(I never took a single vacation day the entire time I worked for them) and all after only giving us a 2 day heads up they were laying me off after telling us not to worry, we will find you a client, for a couple months.

Pros

Pay, available, training, and managers. This is my second contract with TP and I can say I enjoy working for them. I work 100% and o definitely see myself working long term with TP.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
