Setup for Failure - Anonymous employee TP ICAP Employee Review

Had a terrible manager who'd report every negative thing she thought I'd do wrong to HR. I never knew about it until after a few months of employment when they were trying to get rid of me. HR never tried to intervene. There was no type of review process as there is at more well known and established companies. I never got to defend myself, it was my managers word over everything.
