Pros

Easy work Easy money Job security if you know your stuff Nice office Cozy chairs Reasonable work/life balance Lots of jokes (not always in good taste)

Cons

Lack of ethics Toxic corporate culture Little business integrity Hire and fire culture Boring work Dress code Limited personal freedom Lots of bureaucracy Anxiety-inducing (for people with those pesky morals) Regarding layoffs, TP ICAP's upper management lied its employees three times: Said we were in a hiring phases (ended up firing a lot more) Regarding the date of termination (it came a month early and was effective immediately) Dodged a question answered at a previous town hall to cover up the number of layoffs

Pros

Work-life balance is great, health benefits are OK but very expensive

Cons

Where do I start? Icap EBS is like nothing I have seen in my life and if I shared even an ounce what goes on there you'd think I am making it up. No leadership, no vision, no strategy, no competency, no loyalty, no growth, no future. The only concern is cost-cutting at the expense of everything. I'd run from any job offers, I would not recommend this place to anyone and I cannot wait to leave! I would rate the company -5 stars if I could. There is no consideration for process, policy, proper management of ideas. The leadership is senior in title, but extremely inexperienced in running a company. The company offers health benefits, which you need in case you are at the brink of a nervous breakdown caused by the crazy circus you will report to everyday. No 401K matching, benefits are very expensive. No consideration for diversity, mentorship, networking etc. I can go on for days, but the bottom line is avoid this place at all cost.

Pros

Good for lazy people who don’t want to grow career

Cons

Everyone is so old and stuck in their ways, no effort to learn new technology Buttoned up, white light standard boring corporate office No on boarding process Been here 6 months and haven’t been placed on a project. It’s been 1 month in office and they still haven’t printed my badge If you’re white you’re right culture. Heavily lacking in diversity at upper management
