      Great Salary, nice amount of vacation days

      Cons

      Had a terrible manager who'd report every negative thing she thought I'd do wrong to HR. I never knew about it until after a few months of employment when they were trying to get rid of me. HR never tried to intervene. There was no type of review process as there is at more well known and established companies. I never got to defend myself, it was my managers word over everything.

      Pros

      You will enjoy the work if you are 50+ and not looking for any professional growth. You may get to work on good stuffs in you join the electronic trading group

      Cons

      Tons and tons of internal politics. One company with many internal groups who don’t even talk to each other. Do not go there if you are a software engineer. They do not respect your technical skills. People fight for product ownership, your manager will make you work like dog and you will never get any visibility. No promotion, no chance of a promotion even if you work there for 10 years. The compensation and benefits not par with the competitors.

      The option to work from home and some really great peers.

      Cons

      Horrible management with money as the main motivator. Also was against employees using vacation. I had 20+ days I couldn’t use. Low pay, long hours and no room for growth. No raise in over 3 years.
