Pros

Genuine work flexibility. The Managers do not micro manage. I am treated as a responsible adult. I'm given my tasks and as long as the tasks are completed there are no issues. I never wake up feeling like "I want to leave my job". Benefits are really good. Good PTO policy plus additional block week 😊.

Cons

A COLA is needed really bad but I'm sure the company is aware of this and taking steps to asset how, and when would a good time, to execute.
