      The management seems motivated to help you succeed by making sure you're up to date on training and certifications. They seem to respond to requests for change in a reasonable way.

      Cons

      Office location isn't ideal but that may not always be the case.. Sometimes there isn't a clear distinction in the hierarchy of the firm.
