Management - Anonymous employee TP ICAP Employee Review

- No correlation between groups - Single task at other firms are broken down into 5-6 different teams causing a circus like environment - A good portion of employees are lifers, been there 15+ years. this is a terrible thing imo because they are not willing to change. Things can be done much easier yet the old way is the only way they are willing to do things.
