Pros
My co-workers were great people to work with and made the days go by fast. I learned a lot and was exposed to new technologies and ideas. Free coffee!
Cons
Current employees are supposed to get the FIRST interviews for new job openings. I applied for an engineering position and they couldn't even be bothered to acknowledge that I applied. As I watched them interview and hire people from the outside, HR gave me the run around when I asked what's going on. I understand that they may have felt I wasn't qualified for the position, but I was a current employee and at least deserved to be told in some way that they didn't want to hire me for that position. Needless to say, I ended up searching for a job and getting hired elsewhere after this type of treatment. They also seem to be leaning towards treating their employees like children. When I left they had eliminated the flex-time for the hourly employees, and were in the process of implementing a points system for attendance. They obviously don't understand the principles behind work-life balance.
