      Great benefits , home office, travel can be less than 50%, good management, sap based sales structure , management lets you develop territory

      Cons

      All about the numbers ,communication key, lots of gossip in the office, management changed twice when I was there. Inter office politics create issues

      The pay could be much better. The commute is too far. Can't keep a material handler for very long.
