Pros

Shifts were good and salary was decent

Cons

Management is very inexperienced and treats employees very poorly. They use fear tactics, such as constant threats. I was working for the German market, and our team leader didn't even speak German and didn't even know the project. Employees are always threatened and under attack. Team leaders send e-mails threatening the employees to improve their numbers. Employees were even threatened not to call in sick. They said that there will be "corrective actions" for those who call in sick. Nepotism is also a huge issue. Many employees get away with manipulating their numbers, by lying to the customers or skipping cases, but because they are on good terms with management, they get away with it.
