Pros

TTEC has a great team of individuals, onboarding and training were great, and they do attempt to help advocates find a new line of business if needed.

Cons

Metrics goals are unachievable with the slightest markdown for things an individual would never even consider. I speak Spanish as a second language and all language calls would be routed to us regardless of ability; I once said "Un momento por favor" so I could get the translator on the line and was marked down for using Spanish with an all Spanish-speaker. The client can even change the criteria mid-month and any prior calls to this decision are marked off following the prior correct process. The only month I received "pay for performance" ever in my career there was a training month where the insane metrics did not take place yet. Clients are allowed to complain and treat contractors as expendable and useless. Management is less than stellar, I went through 5 Team Leaders within my first year and at times did not even know who my new TL was.

Pros

Remote work Some insurance benefits Reasonable Pay

Cons

- Lack of transparency in regards to pay, benefits, drug tests, etc... - Extremely high pressure work environment - Extensive micromanagement - Poor relationship with clients leading to poor communication between leadership and agents on the production floor - Questionable Treatment of new agents - Very little flexibility in regards to time off, VTO, and PTO - Leadership extremely limited in ability to affect change and improve conditions (Corrective Actions borderline unavoidable if one has health issues) - Tenure takes precedent over performance leading to ethically questionable leadership and poor communication
