Pros

I have been in the company for more than six years and i must say I have seen different changes across the years. And it just seems to be better. What I appreciate in working with TeleTech is being process-oriented. Championing in customer service, it is no question of how the company ensure that everything is streamlined and everyone in the company is aligned with the directions. It allows us to act as one and reach for amazing! Another pro that I can share is it's efforts in training and building the next set of leaders of the company. There are a lot of courses all employees can take advantage off to draw the career path that they aspire. Lastly, TeleTech also creates a positive and unique experience with its employees by creating fun and exciting activities that will allow them to take a quick break from the workload. some activities also tap their skills like singing, sports, dancing, etc. It also allows the employees build camaraderie not just with their teams but also with their colleagues in other sites.

Cons

There are initiatives which pilot to test its effectivity but doesn't push through long-term and have to stop. I guess it's just part of the process improvement that the company is doing to create a better experience for its clients and for its employees.
