      Pros

      Teletech is a good company to showcase your skills set, abilities and talent. It promotes work - life balance by continuously improving workplace environment, career growth and opportunities as a reward for employees who contributes significantly to the company and conducts variety of activities that will enhance and showcase employee's talents!

      Cons

      Teletech must continuously improve salary range for employees and must work on leveling the salary ceiling per department. Eg., HC Department.

      Working at TTEC is good mainly because it offers remote work, flexible schedules, and an easy entry point for beginners. You also get paid training, decent benefits, and a supportive team environment, with some chances to move up

      Cons

      Working at TTEC can be tough because of low pay, high stress from constant customer calls, and inconsistent management. Schedules can also change, training may feel rushed, and there’s high turnover with limited job security

      Pros

      Remote work Some insurance benefits Reasonable Pay

      Cons

      - Lack of transparency in regards to pay, benefits, drug tests, etc... - Extremely high pressure work environment - Extensive micromanagement - Poor relationship with clients leading to poor communication between leadership and agents on the production floor - Questionable Treatment of new agents - Very little flexibility in regards to time off, VTO, and PTO - Leadership extremely limited in ability to affect change and improve conditions (Corrective Actions borderline unavoidable if one has health issues) - Tenure takes precedent over performance leading to ethically questionable leadership and poor communication
