Pros

One of the few employers who pay you enough to hourly to be able to live in the Daytona Beach area. They pay for your licensing no matter what portfolio you work on as well as the renewal of that licensing as long as you are employed by them

Cons

Bedbugs, vermin infestation in water/ice machine/paid coffee machines and on the premises, if you have their decal on your window and park anywhere in the parking lot while you are not scheduled to work your vehicle will be towed, refusal/challenge of write up will get you fired, micro-managed by staff who is not qualified or have the skills to be in management, many programs are not accessible including the program for paycheck stubs, extremely cold temperatures inside, and unfortunately, you will be lied on and lied to by "management". Some people get warnings and write ups and others are just walked out the door for the exact same offense, if you are prone to sickness and the EMT has to come get you too many times you will also be fired. There is also quite a bit of "parking lot fighting" amongst the employees. If you have warrants or any legal issues- they will not tell you this, but the company will contact the authorities, the police will come there and pick you up, handcuff you and walk you out through the mist of the entire company and you will be taken to jail. This is not an exhaustive list of Cons but the ones I found to be most disturbing.
