      Pros

      Amazing and tremendous sense of belonging from my manager, team and onboarding trainings. Also, realizing the impact and value business proposition empowers you as a member of this great organization. Also the, tech equipment great, works perfectly and super fast for work time. The attitude of all members is super energetic and enthusiastic.

      Cons

      The bank of payments is terrible (Santander) its service is horribly slow and is completely the opposite about TTEC´s CX mission. The company MUST change this provider as gives really bad reputation as an external provider and is not compatible with TTEC´s values, mission and vision. On the other hand, I perceive paying could be higher.

      Pros

      Remote work Some insurance benefits Reasonable Pay

      Cons

      - Lack of transparency in regards to pay, benefits, drug tests, etc... - Extremely high pressure work environment - Extensive micromanagement - Poor relationship with clients leading to poor communication between leadership and agents on the production floor - Questionable Treatment of new agents - Very little flexibility in regards to time off, VTO, and PTO - Leadership extremely limited in ability to affect change and improve conditions (Corrective Actions borderline unavoidable if one has health issues) - Tenure takes precedent over performance leading to ethically questionable leadership and poor communication

      Pay structure /no raises in 4 years. Leadership as a whole. Unstable financials Processes are broken Inexperienced Management over team.
