      Pros

      They offer remote work. It's easy to get hired.

      Cons

      The work doesn't match the pay. The only offer minimum wage. Prayer experience doesn't matter to them. They're going to ride you like their attached to your coattails. They micromanage like crazy and have unrealistic expectations for personal banks and bathroom breaks as needed. They will not pay you for any personal breaks whatsoever beyond your allotted 30 minutes in an 8-hour day. You will have to log in to multiple systems at least 16 times per day per system. This could mean typing in your password and username 30 to 96 times. They don't understand that short logout times and increasingly complex passwords don't necessarily make systems more secure.

      Pros

      Working at TTEC is good mainly because it offers remote work, flexible schedules, and an easy entry point for beginners. You also get paid training, decent benefits, and a supportive team environment, with some chances to move up

      Cons

      Working at TTEC can be tough because of low pay, high stress from constant customer calls, and inconsistent management. Schedules can also change, training may feel rushed, and there’s high turnover with limited job security

      Pros

      Remote work Some insurance benefits Reasonable Pay

      Cons

      - Lack of transparency in regards to pay, benefits, drug tests, etc... - Extremely high pressure work environment - Extensive micromanagement - Poor relationship with clients leading to poor communication between leadership and agents on the production floor - Questionable Treatment of new agents - Very little flexibility in regards to time off, VTO, and PTO - Leadership extremely limited in ability to affect change and improve conditions (Corrective Actions borderline unavoidable if one has health issues) - Tenure takes precedent over performance leading to ethically questionable leadership and poor communication
