Pros

Flexibility to do the work as I saw fit.

Cons

Earned a bonus in Q1. Over two months later they had not paid it out to anyone. They then released a large number of employees to cut costs. The board decided to not pay anyone the Q1 bonus, even though the employees were released late in Q2. IT IS STEELING - clear and simple. But it is their policy. So they slow walk the bonus so they don't have pay. This is not taking care of people, this is steeling from your employees.

Cons

- Lack of transparency in regards to pay, benefits, drug tests, etc... - Extremely high pressure work environment - Extensive micromanagement - Poor relationship with clients leading to poor communication between leadership and agents on the production floor - Questionable Treatment of new agents - Very little flexibility in regards to time off, VTO, and PTO - Leadership extremely limited in ability to affect change and improve conditions (Corrective Actions borderline unavoidable if one has health issues) - Tenure takes precedent over performance leading to ethically questionable leadership and poor communication

Pay structure /no raises in 4 years. Leadership as a whole. Unstable financials Processes are broken Inexperienced Management over team.
