Pros

Sometimes certain coworkers and some management can make the day better. Occasional morale-boosting events (though inconsistent).

Cons

Heavy workload with little support, especially after training. Fast-paced environment with unclear communication. Lack of necessary tools and guidance leads to frequent mistakes. Workplace cliques and favoritism. High stress for low pay; raises and bonuses feel unattainable and a slap to the face. Poor employee retention—many leave soon after reaching production because we see what it’s really like, especially trying to have a work/life balance. Ineffective or unfairly distributed morale-boosting efforts, especially for overnight.

Remote work Some insurance benefits Reasonable Pay

Cons

- Lack of transparency in regards to pay, benefits, drug tests, etc... - Extremely high pressure work environment - Extensive micromanagement - Poor relationship with clients leading to poor communication between leadership and agents on the production floor - Questionable Treatment of new agents - Very little flexibility in regards to time off, VTO, and PTO - Leadership extremely limited in ability to affect change and improve conditions (Corrective Actions borderline unavoidable if one has health issues) - Tenure takes precedent over performance leading to ethically questionable leadership and poor communication
