Pros
benefits ok but not so great for what you work.
Cons
You will have no work-life balance. Too much micro managed old fashion company culture. In the end there is no work done and adds the frustration. Surprisingly employees are working over-time but do not get paid over-time. Too much old age thinking, needs a shuffle from top-down else this is a fast sinking ship. Work culture needs to improve drastically. Too many people are struck in the old thinking due to legacy employees, bring in new talent from outside who can save the sinking ship. Crazy hours Zero innovation, look at the ads on TV you will know the culture.
