I think the pay is pretty low compared to other jobs in the same market. Difficult to grow even though there are open jobs available. Recent college graduates are brought in the company and receive the jobs that other qualified people there are trying to obtain. The college graduates come to the company with without any knowledge and the current employees have to train them to possibly take their job. The college grads come in making a lot more that some people there and they are treated like royalty.
