There are so many "pro's" to this company - the work is challenging and the teams are motivating. Leadership exemplifies the culture of kindness, appreciation, recognition and team work. There are many moving parts on a start up and the team always comes together to find solutions to challenges. There are so many bright, smart people from all over the world - I love the international feel.
