We work diligently to ensure we are paying market competitive rates. We gather market data regularly to ensure our compensation practices are competitive. We are actively migrating our tech stack to Golang, Python and GCP, all highly transferrable languages. As you mentioned, the organization invested in a two-week training program to provide the valuable foundation for our GCP migration. Our work environment has certainly been fluid during this period of the pandemic. We have proven that we can work in a remote capacity, however, to continue to accelerate innovation it will be important to be together in the office in a hybrid fashion when the time is right. We believe re-establishing connections in the office will help maintain and reinforce our collaborative culture.
