Nothing bout this place is worth a damn thing..they don't even wear face masks and are crooks

Just a lame place to work for..trust me u will regret wasting time there on all levels

In addition your statement of the company being 'crooks' is a very general but concerning statement. I would encourage you to contact the HR department to review your specific concerns (humanresources@taxair.com). We have made a number of changes over the past year which the majority of our employees view as positive. However, with positive improvements comes an increased level of accountability, which some employees don't view as positive.

Pros

Lots of overtime for office and dock. The office is understaffed and the turnover rate for dock employees is staggering. Plenty of hours for drivers but they do not pay time and a half.

Cons

Dishonesty and apathy from management. Minimal pay raises only if you beg or threaten to quit. Substandard equipment including office equipment as well as trucks, trailers and forklifts. Toxic work environment. Any positive reviews about their service is most likely from their highest priority customers. The negative reviews are more in line with their actual service.
