Pros
Generous salary and benefits. Teck is quite involved in the community supporting many clubs and organizations. Some of the benefits include a lump sum of money each year towards the purchase of memberships or equipment to improve the employees health.
Cons
Large company. Managers not always supported by those above them. Training could be improved. Upper management could take a more proactive role in training junior management or ensuring that they receive appropriate training to improve job performance.
