Everything the others have said is true. No work life balance. Over worked and underpaid. Leadership is sinking the ship, well its half way sunk at this point. No clear direction. No training. You rely on coworkers bc management isn't helpful. It's literally a s* show. Over the years I saw many of my coworkers (including myself) develop healthy problems bc of the work load. Value yourself and know your worth. TELAMON ISNT THE PLACE! (THATS ACROSS ALL TELAMON'S)
