      Pros

      Provides care to some of the most indigent populations in Philadelphia. Provides excellent care to a needy population. Temple's existence provides care to those that other medical systems have abandoned.

      Cons

      Awful organization and incredibly lacking in vision. The leadership of the medical center comunicates poorly and leaves employees in a state of permanent crisis.

      bad management, one health system but every temple location has different protocols/rules/policies and are not treated equally
