      Pros

      The mission is one to be very proud of - the healthcare of people who are poor and uninsured. People are friendly and generally easy to get along with. The benefits are among the very best anywhere.

      Cons

      Leadership is incompetent and paralyzed into inaction. Incredibly frustrating. Intelligence, education and experience are seemingly ignored. Why did they even have us submit a resume?

      bad management, one health system but every temple location has different protocols/rules/policies and are not treated equally
