Pros
Truly diverse environment; clientele and workforce (middle management and staff) are dynamic from varying cultures, backgrounds, and socioeconomic statuses. Provides high-end, cutting edge services in an otherwise disparate community. Salary and benefits are excellent and the majority of employees truly desire to make a difference in the lives they touch.
Cons
Promotions within some departments are based on popularity and friendship versus talent and ability but this is changing for the better. More focus could be placed on succession planning as well as utilizing and grooming the talent already within the organization. Too top heavy, position should be more appropriately allocated among the "ground-runners" to achieve desired goals and surpass the competition.
